Last Day, 10-17-2022
Today, October 17th, 2022 is the last day of Charlotte's employment with her current employer, or should it truthfully be, after today, her former employer. She has spent over 12 years working with this major corporation, through multiple organizational structure changes, multiple direct reports and challenges that has kept her working dilligently, day after day, hour after hour, for all those years.During her career span with this company, she has experienced a significant growth, both in her employment position and her professional life as well. Her departure today, will be bittersweet, as she will be leaving an environment with a multi-billion dollar firm for the uncertainty of starting her own small woman owned consulting business. She is fortunate that her new company has already secured a contract for payroll support service with a major, nationwide firm, and although short in duration, the expectations are that this engagement will lead to additional contracts with other firms, both large and small, for federal, state and local governments, and for profit and non-profit entities. The goal is to continue to expand her experiences and focus on providing consultative service to a variety of firms throughout the country. So as Charlotte closes out her final day with WTW, hopes and prayers for a new and successful beginning with the CNH Payroll Consulting, LLC is on our minds.

A new Payroll Service consultancy has been established. We are happy to announce that CNH Payroll Consulting, LLC is now an official Virginia business. Primarily focused on providing expertise in various payroll consultative and support services, the company will also provide staffing resources in the near future.
Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference
At a recent (October 12 through October 14, 2022) statewide conference of Virginia based payroll staff, management, and vendors gathered at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel and Conference Center for an APA (American Payroll Association) oriented conference. The attendees, from local APA Chapters across the State of Virginia gathered to learn and discuss topics such as Payroll functions, regulatory requirements, administration and management among other subjects.Charlotte Hodges, Executive Director and Principal Consultant for CNH Payroll Consulting, LLC was one of the featured speakers, conducting two seminar presentations, on Thursday and Friday of the conference.
